Spaghetti Squash Lasagna (or as Ted calls it, Lasagna Squash!)

We just had yet another tasty cold weather meal, I really should move somewhere cold year round! We had a healthy and gluten-free lasagna - 8 WW points for 1.5 servings ;)

Ingredients:
1 spaghetti squash
1 bottle marinara sauce
1/2 onion
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 package of part skim shredded mozzarella
1C low fat ricotta
Italian seasoning

How to:
Preheat the oven to 350
Cut a spaghetti squash in half length wise and put it face down in a little water in the microwave for 12 minutes - scrape it out with a fork in spaghetti pieces!
Meanwhile, brown the ground turkey, throw in half an onion chopped, some Italian flavorings and salt and pepper, and mix the sauce in it
Layer it in a pan, squash, ricotta, mozzarella, sauce, repeat, top with mozzarella
Bake for 10-15 min

Done!!

It's really good and makes about 8 servings! And it looks almost the same as the real thing!!
